If for any reason, an item does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, kindly reach out to us, and we will make it right.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@happyfurpaws.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
• Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
• We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

EXCHANGES

We are thrilled to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experience even more convenient. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.
